JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the informant being the Circle Officer, on information, that on the basis of false land possession certificates' and rent receipts loans are being processed, went to the Sikrahti Branch of S.B.I. and seized forged land possession certificates' with forged signature of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner never applied for any loan and it is not a case where on the basis of land possession certificates' having forged signature of Circle Officer loan applications were processed and the loan amount was disbursed. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13920 of 2015 (2) dt.03-04-2015 2/2 dispute between the Circle Officer and the Branch Manger the present case has been lodged. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 189 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
