Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 28.2.2013 by which the Adhoc Additional District Judge-2nd, Kaimur has closed the defence evidence in Sessions Trial No.204/2000/154/2012.
In the facts and circumstances, I find no reason for interference in the impugned order and hence, this application stands rejected.
