The petitioner is husband of the complainant. This is case under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is ready for restoration of conjugal life, but the complainant wife did not appear in the court below. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on provisional bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Complaint Case No. 1877 of
