2. I have perused the allegations made in the First Information Report. The allegations do attract the ingredients of the cognizable offence. Moreover, it is not known what is the stage of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5169 of 2014 dt.15-11-2016 2/2 investigation and whether the police have submitted their report on completion of investigation or not.
