This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 324 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. According to first information report, several persons, including the petitioner, fired and caused injury to different persons. The petitioner allegedly caused injury on the chest. The doctor had found simple injury. Submission of the petitioner the firing of Subhash Kumar Singh had also caused injury. However, he has already been allowed regular bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 10208 of 2017. The petitioner is in custody since 17.02.2017.

The learned counsel for the informant opposed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15518 of 2017 (3) dt.16-05-2017 2/2 the prayer on the ground that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent whereas Subhash Kumar Singh and others who were granted bail had no criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of allegation and the facts and circumstances of this case, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 863 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna, or successor Court.
