JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-06-2020 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the petitioner has been paid other retiral dues but till date, the General Provident Fund amount has not been paid.

Counter affidavit has been filed by the respondent, wherein it has been stated in paragraph 9 that the petitioner has not submitted relevant information in respect of last paid salary for the purpose of finalization of his post retiral dues including payment of General Provident Fund amount.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4020 of 2019(4) dt.16-06-2020 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this application is disposed of with a specific direction to respondent no. 6 to ensure that the General Provident Fund amount is paid to the petitioner within two months, if not already paid.
