In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No. 177 of 2019, registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. An F.I.R has been lodged for road robbery of Rs.6,35,000/-. During the investigation, the name of the petitioner has transpired, from whose possession, the looted mobile has been recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the mother of the petitioner has made a prayer for putting the petitioner for T.I. Parade but, till date no T.I. Parade has been conducted.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has criminal antecedents and looted mobile phone has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, this this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after completing one year and six months jail custody. (Shivaji Pandey, J) pawan/- U T
