This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Shahkund P.S. Case No. 235 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Section 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of the statement made in paragraph nos. 12 and 13 of this bail application that the petitioner is co-villager and not connected with the family of the deceased, this anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12123 of 2022(2) dt.05-04-2022 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-II, Bhagalpur, in connection with Shahkund P.S. Case No. 235 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
