2. The petitioner is claiming benefit of revised pay scale in terms of the letter dated 02-09-2020 issued by the Revenue and Land Reforms Department (Annexure-P/2). He submits that under the said letter others similarly situated as the petitioner has been allowed benefits of revised pay scale. The petitioner, however, has made representations for being extended the same benefits before the District Magistrate (Respondent No.3), but the same has not been considered till date.

3. In view of such submissions, since the petitioner's grievance is pending consideration before the respondent No.3, pendency of the writ application will server no useful purpose.

4. Let respondent no.3 consider the petitioner's representation/s (Annexure-P/3 series) by a reasoned and speaking order, and if dues are found admissible to the petitioner, needless to say, the same are also required to be paid to the petitioner. The entire exercise should be completed within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

5. Writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions/observations.
