2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jalley P.S. Case No. 63 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the accused persons including the petitioners suddenly attacked the informant with rod and lathi, danda, as a result of which, the informant sustained injuries.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that there is land dispute between the parties. There is case and counter case and the injuries are simple

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14467 of 2025(4) dt.30-10-2025 2/2 in nature. He has also submitted that they are the persons of clean antecedents.

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-Ist, Darbhanga in connection with Jalley P.S. Case No. 63 of 2024 , subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the CrPC/482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
