2. This is 3rd attempt on behalf of petitioner for grant of bail. On last occasion, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 16.11.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 42850 of 2022.

3. Trial Court report reveals that the case is still at the stage of prosecution evidence and out of 8 chargesheeted witnesses, 7 witnesses have been examined and one more witness is required to be examined. Petitioner is in custody since 25.04.2021.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

5. Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, let the above named petitioner be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17227 of 2024(3) dt.19-04-2024 2/2 bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge 8th, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Sessions Trial No. 46 of 2022, arising out of Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 72 of 2021.
