2. This application has been filed, seeking quashing of an order dated 10.12.2012, passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in Complaint Case No. C.R. 1915/2011 (T.R. No. 3560 of 2014), whereby he has taken cognizance of the offence punishable under Sections 323, 343,348/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The order is being assailed on the ground that the allegation against the petitioner made in the complaint petition is incorrect and false. On reading of the impugned order, I find that the cognizance has been taken after perusal of the complaint petition and the statement of the complainant on solemn
