In the instant application, the prayer of the

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1004 of 2019 dt.01-07-2019 2/2 petitioner is to direct the respondent authorities to take necessary action against the respondent nos. 10 to 16 so that they may comply the order dated 26.05.2017 passed in Case No.378(M) of 2017 by the learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Bettiah Sadar, West Champaran.

It has been pleaded by the petitioner that in a proceeding under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') the impugned order dated 26.05.2017 was passed. Till date the said order has not been complied with by the respondent nos.10 to 16. 4.

The effect of an order passed in a proceeding under Section 144 of the Cr.P.C. would come to an end on expiry of sixty days in view of sub-section (4) of Section 144 of the Cr.P.C.. The petitioner wants execution of an order passed by an Executive Magistrate under the orders of this Court specially when the same has already lost its force. 4.

The application, being devoid of any merit, is dismissed.
