That the present writ application is being filed for direction to the Respondents not to construct Panchayat Sarkar Building in Oyaria (Vena) or Othana tola Village in view of Memo No. 7593 dated 26.11.2019, issued by the Principal Secretary, Panchayati Raj Department, Government of Bihar, but to construct the Building in VillageDhanadihari, Police Station Parasbigha where large number of Scheduled Caste people are

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the Principal Secretary, Panchayati Raj Department, Government of Bihar by filing appropriate representation for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.
