JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,467,468 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the informant purchased a piece of land from Yadubir Thakur and came in possession. Subsequently, the same land was sold by the petitioner by committing forgery. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant purchased the land from the uncle of the petitioner whereas the land sold by the petitioner is recorded in the revenue records in the name of the petitioner. The documents to that effect have been brought on record.

No.14612 of 2015 (2) dt.11-05-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Saharsa in connection with Basnahi P.S. Case No. 1 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
