JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). To quash the order dated 06.11.2015 passed by Respondent No.2 in Case No.100043 of 2013-14 whereby and whereunder the Respondent No.2 without applying his judicial mind and verifying from record of the case, by its impugned directed to give the copy of the same order contained in Memo No.1337 dated 04.12.2012 to the petitioner which was under challenge before him.

(ii). To remand the matter afresh before the Respondent No.2 to decide it on merit of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.19422 of 2016(2) dt.07-04-2023 2/2 case."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the Respondent authorities for seeking redressal of his subsisting grievances.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
