The petitioner seeks bail in Palasi P.S. Case No.244 of 2019 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that while he was passing through graveyard, three persons coming from opposite side on motorcycle stopped the motorcycle of the informant and they snatched the motorcycle and the money from the possession of the informant.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Ijhar Khalifa and Dhiraj Kumar Sah but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has not been put on T.I.P. Petitioner is in jail since 06.12.2019. Petitioner has already

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.
