2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Mehsi P. S. Case No. 51 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner gave knife blow on the elbow of informant. Doctor has found the injury to be grievous.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
