2. This is the second attempt for bail of the petitioner as earlier such prayer was rejected by order dated 19.05.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 24224 of 2023.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 33 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26(1-a), 26(1), 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 26(2) and 35 of the Arms Act.

4. It has been very fairly submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the trial has started and two witnesses have been examined.

5. In these circumstances, I am not inclined to review

6. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.

7. The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial at the earliest.
