The petitioner is in custody since 06.01.2017 registered for an offence under Sections 384, 504, 506/34 and 120B of the IPC.

Allegation as per written report is that this petitioner happens to be an associate of one Anil Ojha who had threatened the informant over his mobile of dire consequences and also to do away with his life.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is cousin brother of the informant with whom he is at litigating term for land dispute. He has lodged case after case against this petitioner and others only to harass with a purpose to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11855 of 2017 (2) dt.15-03-2017 2/2 gain illegal advantage. There is nothing specific against this petitioner and so he deserved to be enlarged on bail. The learned APP opposed the submission.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S.Case No.457 of 2016.
