JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-03-2019 The learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that since now, the time fixed for holding of the matric examination, has already been expired and the examination is almost over, the students of the petitioner's school shall be permitted to appear in the special examination to be held by the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna as has been mentioned in Annexure-E to the counter affidavit.

Patna High Court CWJC No. 2764 of 2019(4) dt.27-03-2019 2/2 Board, at this juncture, submits that there are only two students i.e. the respondent no. 7 and 8 who are to appear in the said special examination and the Board shall not create any impediment for them in appearing at the special examination to be held immediately after publication of the result of the matric examination, 2019 which has already been held. Accordingly, in view of the undertaking given by the learned counsel appearing for the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna, the present writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
