The petitioner has filed this writ application for commanding compliance of order passed by the District

Patna High Court CWJC No.6752 of 2021(3) dt.25-07-2024 2/2 Appellate Authority in Appeal Case No.01 of 2019. It is submitted that order of termination of the petitioner was set aside by the Appellate Authority but the service of the petitioner was terminated.

Considering this fact, the petitioner is directed to challenge the orders in question before the District Appellate Authority, Begusarai within a period of four weeks and the Appellate Authority shall pass order in accordance with law and considering that the writ application was pending before this Court, therefore, the delay be condoned.
