2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 238 of 2024 registered for offences under Sections 126(2), 115, 110, 117, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and there is general and omnibus allegation against him.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM 1st Class, Gaya/concerned court below in connection with Magadh Mahila P.S. Case No.238 of 2024 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 of the BNSS.
