This application has been preferred, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for quashing the order dated 16.01.2015, passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Chapra in connection with S.Tr. No.439 of 2007, arising out of Amnour Police Station Case No.71 of 1998.
