====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 13-09-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman and is married sister-in-law (Nanad) of the deceased. The informant alleges that the deceased was married to the brother of the petitioner three years back and on 31.03.2021 the informant received an information that the victim was ill and she was asked to meet her daughter, accordingly, the informant went to the place of occurrence and

No.12149 of 2022(2) dt.13-09-2022 2/2 found her daughter in a vehicle but was not allowed to meet though the informant was made to sit in the vehicle and on the way she was dropped thus alleges that the accused persons killed the daughter of the informant. It is also submitted that the husband of the deceased is in custody and the allegation in the FIR as far as the petitioner is concerned is general and omnibus in nature.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 207 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
