Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this quashing petition so that the petitioners may file petition before the court in seisin of the case for settlement of the disputes. Prayer is allowed.

Accordingly, the quashing petition is dismissed as withdrawn. If the petitioner files a petition for settlement of the disputes as the petitioner no. 1 and the informant are own brother, the court below shall make efforts, if possible, for resolution of the disputes between two brothers.
