The present petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent no. 4 to dispose of Forest Appeal bearing CRM No. 27 of 2012-13 filed by the petitioner against the order dated 29.12.2012 passed by the respondent no. 7 in Confiscation Case No. 14 of 2010.
