The petitioner seeks bail in Dehri (T) P.S. Case No. 646/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(i), 38(i) and 41(i)(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. 125 pouches, each containing 200ml, country made liquor were recovered from the vegetable shop of the petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner is in jail since 26.12.2016. He has already remained in jail for more than two months for recovery of about 25 litres of country made liquor. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10995 of 2017 (2) dt.07-03-2017 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri in connection with Dehri (T) P.S. Case No. 646/2016.
