2. The order dated 30.03.1996 is under challenge in the present petition whereby the services of the petitioner which was provisional in nature was terminated with effect from the date of the order because of a policy decision taken by the Government in a meeting held on 15.03.1996.

3. The petitioner was appointed as Laboratory Assistant in Gopalganj on daily wages for 240 days only. Thereafter the service of the petitioner was provisionally extended. After the policy decision of the Government, the service of the petitioner was terminated in the year 1996.

4. This Court would not like to enter into the merits of the case for two reasons; one being that the order impugned has been passed in the year 1996 and the other, the appointment of the petitioner being absolutely provisional without there being any condition for any further extension and the petitioner not having any right of the same having extended.
