2. The petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, four persons are said to have snatched the motorcycle on gun point. The petitioner somehow managed to escape and inform the relatives who caught one of the accused Manish Kumar with the motorcycle.

4. Manish Kumar has disclosed the names of these two petitioners and other criminals who had participated in the crime and the petitioners are in custody since 27.11.2023.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have clean antecedent and as they have been named by the co-accused, they should be granted bail.

6. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

7. In such a serious case, the co-accused who was caught on the spot has named the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

8. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed. If the trial is delayed, the petitioners may renew his prayer for bail.
