The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Excise Case No.281c2 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

4 liters country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the projector of the house of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that projector of the house of the petitioner is open. Nobody has seen the petitioner keeping the same.
