This application for regular bail arises out of Kotwali P.S. Case No. 645 of 2019, disclosing offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is specific allegation against the petitioner of having given the repeated fatal blows with the dagger leading to death of the deceased. The informant claims to be the eyewitness of the occurrence. Considering the direct allegation against the petitioner of having made assault, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail for the present.

This application is accordingly rejected.
