Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 379/307/34 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted informant's nephew on his head by means of lathi and doctor has found the injury to be grievous in nature.
