2. The present appeal has been preferred for quashing the order dated 23.09.2022 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-III-cum Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Bhagalpur in Special SC/ST Case No. 134 of 2022 arising out of Pirpaiti P.S. Case No. 263 of 2022 by which the concerned court has taken cognizance under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506 of the IPC and Section 3(1)(r)(s), 3(2)(va) of SC/ST Act.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the appellant has specifically submitted that there is land dispute between the parties and informant has taken financial help from the appellant and Rs. 1500/- as loan has been transferred by the appellant in the account of the informant through NEFT but

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.1024 of 2024(3) dt.02-09-2025 2/2 appellant became victim of false and frivolous case filed by the informant. Learned counsel further submits that he wants to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to raise his grievance at appropriate stage.

4. With the aforesaid liberty, the present appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.
