JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That by way of this writ application petitioner invokes extra ordinary Jurisdiction of this Hon'ble High Court for direction to Respondents Authority specially Respondent no. 4 for payment of arrears amount of petitioner for Community kitchen ruined by the petitioner's firm in pandemic period which is not paid up till now, inspite of order of D.M. Bhojpur."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District

Patna High Court CWJC No.3013 of 2023(2) dt.22-03-2023 2/2 Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara for enforcement of his order dated 20.10.2022, since the Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Jagdishpur, District-Bhojpur at Ara is not complying with the order dated 20.10.2022.

Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, the petitioner approaches the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara by filing appropriate representation, within a period of four weeks from today, he shall ensure that appropriate decision is taken, including that of payment of the admitted dues to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
