2. This is the third attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Lakhnaur P.S. Case No. 56 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner and others gathered at the house of one Karan Kumar Mishra, fired in the air and made a reel of the same and uploaded the same on social media. One cartridge, one sword and two motorcycles have been recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 16.04.2024. Other similarly situated co-accused namely Bipin Kumar and Rakesh Kumar Jha have been granted bail by this Court.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 11070 of 2025(2) dt.11-04-2025 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.- 1st, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Lakhnaur P.S. Case No. 56 of 2024.

6. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Jhanjharpur (R.S) Police Station, Madhubani on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
