The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Banka P. S. Case No. 657 of 2018 (G.R. No. 3295 of 2018) dated 25.09.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 323, 379, 307, 341, 385 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation against the petitioner who is said to have taken away Rs. 900/- from the possession of the informant when there was some scuffle for the purposes of conveyance of a property, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10795 of 2019(2) dt.22-02-2019 2/2 bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Banka P. S. Case No. 657 of 2018 (G.R. No. 3295 of 2018), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
