JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA) 09-03-2022 After arguing at considerable length, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Patna. He, however, prays that he may be protected for two weeks.

We hereby direct that no coercive step shall be taken against the petitioner for a period of two weeks from today and on expiry of two weeks, the order shall lapse.
