JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-09-2015 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 31.10.2013, passed by respondent no.4 by which his PDS licence has been cancelled.
The petitioner submits that his show cause has not been considered while passing cancellation order.
The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take resort to the remedy of appeal. In case, petition for condonation of delay is filed, the same would be considered sympathetically, as the petitioner was pursuing the remedy before this Court.
