The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mirganj P.S. Case no. 242 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant made allegation that the petitioner, while the informant was talking on mobile, came and assaulted him with dragger; one blow caused injury in his ear and another blow was given at his chest.

It is submitted that the injuries are simple in nature. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner repeatedly assaulted the informant, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
