(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 03.07.2024 passed by Member, District Teacher Appointment Appellate Authority, Purnea in Case No. 16 of 2023, whereby petitioner's claim for reinstatement on the post of Panchayat Teacher in the School has been dismissed on the ground that his BTC Degree obtained from

Patna High Court CWJC No.3689 of 2025(2) dt.07-03-2025 2/2 Varana Seya Sanskrit University, Varanasi is not recognized degree.

(ii) For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondents to reinstate the petitioner on the post of Panchayat Teacher in the School with all consequential benefits in pursuant to decision given by Hon'ble Apex Court in Civil Appeal No. 818 of 2004 (State of Haryana and others Versus Om Prakash) and several decision of Hon'ble High Court with respect to validity of aforesaid degree."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 03.07.2024, by approaching the State Teachers Appellate Authority, Patna. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
