2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Special POCSO Case No. 306 of 2023 arising out of Naugachhia Mahila P.S. Case No. 57/2023 for the offences U/s. 376 (AB)/506 IPC, 4 & 6 POCSO Act.

3. According to the allegation, the petitioner committed rape / penetrative sexual assault with daughter of the informant, aged about 4 years.

4. At the outset, it has been brought to notice of this Court that the trial is on the verge of its conclusion as all the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23326 of 2025(3) dt.06-08-2025 2/2 prosecution witnesses have been examined, and the statement of the petitioner under Section 313 of the Cr.P.C. has also been recorded.

5. Considering the fact that the trial is on the verge of its conclusion, it is not proper to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the bail petition of the petitioner is hereby rejected. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) kundan/- U T
