JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-09-2021 Heard Mr. Binod Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Rakesh Ambashtah, learned AC to AAG-7 for the State through virtual mode.

The grievance of the petitioner is that by Notification/Order vide No. 05 Na.Vi/Gathan- 10/2020 Ward No.12 and 13 of Gram Panchayat, Jahangir South has now been included in Rosera Nagar Parishad in violation of statutory provision.

Learned counsel for the petitioner proposes to file a detailed representation in this regard before the Principal Secretary, Urban Development and Housing Department. Learned counsel for the State has got no objection.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6741 of 2021(2) dt.04-09-2021 2/2 Having heard learned counsel for the parties, petitioner is permitted to file representation before Respondent No.1, the Principal Secretary, Urban Development and Housing Department within a period of two weeks and if such representation is filed, the Respondent No.1 is directed to dispose the same in accordance with law and by a reasoned order within a further period of three months from the date of receipt of the representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the instant writ petition is disposed of.
