Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341 /342 /323 /324 /307 /364A /120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that 4-5 unknown persons kidnapped to the son of the informant on a Bolero vehicle. Name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of coaccused Rajesh Rai before the police. He submits that co-accused Rajmangal Sah also confessed before the police and not named the petitioner and Rajmangal Sah has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. 5576 of 2017. Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner,
