2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his case is squarely covered by the order dated 21.04.2011 passed in CWJC No. 8418 of 2010 ( Sheo Bhajan Prasad Diwakar Vs. the State of Bihar and Ors.).

3. In this background, the petitioner is directed to file representation before respondent No.5, namely, the District Education Officer, Bhagalpur who shall verify the petitioner's case and upon verification, if it is found that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered as like that of the petitioners of

Patna High Court CWJC No.3454 of 2020(3) dt.05-01-2024 2/2 CWJC No. 8418 of 2010 then respondent No.5 shall grant the same relief as he had granted to the petitioners of the said writ petition. It is needless to add that all the exercises shall be completed within six months.

4. With the above observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
