2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University informs that soon the funds are made available by the State Government, the grievance of the petitioner will be redressed immediately.

Considering the submission made on behalf of the University and also taking into account the representation dated 25.10.2024 and 18.12.2024 filed by the petitioner, the petitioner, if so advised, may file a representation before the Registrar, Magadh University giving details of amount which are due till date so that soon the funds are made available to the University, petitioner can be paid immediately.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of.
