JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 31-07-2023 The petitioner's claim for the appointment on compassionate ground on account of death of his father in harness while working as a Clerk Collectorate Cadre on 05.12.2021, is pending consideration before the authorities.

Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner has drawn attention of the Court to communication dated 08.06.2022 whereby the Senior Treasury Officer, Supaul, has written to the District Establishment Deputy Collector for taking steps in this regard. It is submitted that, in spite of the said communication,

3. In view of the nature of grievance, since the claim is pending consideration and final decision is to be taken by the respondent no. 3, pendency of the writ application would serve no useful purpose, as there is no issue of adjudication arsing in this case at the moment.

4. The writ application is accordingly disposed of with direction to respondent no. 3 to ensure that the petitioner's claim is given due consideration within a period of three(3) months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
