2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bhairav Asthan P.S. Case No. 103 of 2024, instituted under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2), 122(2), 76, 352, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, eight accused persons including the petitioners wrongfully restrained and abused the husband of the informant. It is further alleged that wife of accused Dinesh Chaudhary, Siyaram Chaudhary, Ravindra
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12199 of 2025(2) dt.15-04-2025 2/3 Chaudhary and Umesh Chaudhary also assaulted the victim causing injury to him.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case due to previous enmity. Petitioner No. 2 had earlier filed criminal case against the informant side for causing injury to him. Earlier prosecution side had also lodged two cases against the petitioners out of which in one case final form was submitted. He further submits that for grazing of cattle in the area dispute arose between the parties. The injuries on the injured are simple in nature, except one injury on the left leg which is opined to be grievous in nature which is not on the vital part of the body. Petitioners undertake to co-operate in the investigation and trial.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
