The petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs :-

Patna High Court CWJC No.4181 of 2020(5) dt.19-12-2022 2/2 (i) To quash the "Parwana" for the land situated in the village saifganj, P. S- Forbesganj, District- Araria under Thana No. 06, Khata No. 241, Khesra No. 1848, which has been issued in the name of the private respondents i.e. Masnu Rishideo for 0.75 Dec. of land and Ashok Rishideo for another 0.75 Dec. of land as these lands are held, possessed and owned by the petitioner(sic) and the State has got no right to issue "Parwana" with respect to the land in question.

(ii) To restrain respondents from claiming any right of title, interest or possession over the land in question until the matter is adjudicated by this Hon'ble Court.

(iii) To any other relief which the appellant may be entitled to meet the ends of justice."

The dispute can be examined by Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna.

In that view of the matter, this case is directed to be transferred to B.L.T, Patna for its disposal. Office will retain a photo copy of entire records. This writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. Till the first hearing of the case in the B. L. T, status quo as existing today shall be maintained.
