JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-03-2018 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioners for quashing of the order dated 07.01.2016 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in Bishanpur P.S. Case No.93 of 2013 by which cognizance has been taken against the petitioners and others under Sections 498A and 379 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12036 of 2017 (2) dt.06-03-2018 2/2 petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioners at the stage of framing of charge.
